Come funziona
L'app ti abbina a un altro utente con gusti cinematografici simili. Vi scambiate consigli di film con un breve commento. Non esiste una chat libera. I consigli sono opinioni personali degli utenti, non nostre.
Chi può usarla
Devi avere almeno 18 anni e usare dati veri per l'account (email valida). Sei responsabile di ciò che fai con il tuo account.
Comportamento
È vietato: molestare o offendere altri utenti, inviare spam o pubblicità, inserire link, usare nomi utente o foto offensivi o che imitano altre persone, pubblicare contenuti illegali o sessualmente espliciti, tentare di aggirare le misure di sicurezza o usare l'app in modo automatico.
Segnalazioni, blocchi e sospensioni
Puoi bloccare e segnalare l'utente con cui sei abbinato dal menu dell'abbinamento. Esaminiamo le segnalazioni e possiamo sospendere o eliminare gli account che violano questi termini, anche senza preavviso nei casi gravi.
I tuoi contenuti
Restano tuoi. Ci autorizzi a mostrarli all'utente con cui sei abbinato per il solo funzionamento del servizio. Puoi eliminarli in qualsiasi momento eliminando l'account.
Dati dei film
Titoli e locandine provengono da TMDB. Questo prodotto usa l'API di TMDB ma non è approvato né certificato da TMDB.
Disponibilità e responsabilità
Il servizio è offerto "così com'è": può cambiare o interrompersi e non garantiamo che trovi sempre un abbinamento. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo dei contenuti degli utenti né di danni indiretti derivanti dall'uso dell'app. Per i consumatori restano validi i diritti inderogabili previsti dalla legge.

Puoi eliminare l'account dall'app (Profilo → Elimina account) o da questa pagina.
Modifiche e legge applicabile

How it works
The app pairs you with another user who has a similar movie taste. You exchange movie recommendations with a short comment. There is no open chat. Recommendations are the personal opinions of users, not ours.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and use real account details (a valid email). You are responsible for what you do with your account.
Conduct
You must not: harass or insult other users, send spam or ads, include links, use offensive usernames or photos or impersonate other people, post illegal or sexually explicit content, try to bypass security measures or use the app in an automated way.
Reports, blocks and suspensions
You can block and report the user you are paired with from the pairing menu. We review reports and may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without notice in serious cases.
Your content
It stays yours. You allow us to show it to the user you are paired with, only to run the service. You can remove it at any time by deleting your account.
Movie data
Titles and posters come from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is": it may change or stop, and we do not guarantee that you will always find a pairing. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for user content or indirect damages from using the app. Mandatory consumer rights under the law remain unaffected.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or on this page.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; important changes will be announced in the app. Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
